great game
i got bored because the levels are to long, cut the lenght of each level by half.

needs more direction
i love the style of the game, what it looked like, and what it was all about. but the game's difficulty wasnt even there. you just click on the markers until you get it right. i rarely knew what i was actually doing in the game, i just clicked until something happened.
maybe you should include more clear outlines of what you have to do. a good example is the carriage part. when you have to get out and lower the track. i didnt know i had to lower the track i assumed i had to carry on foot.
crit
first off, it was a great game, interesting. although i will point out the falws i found, to help you with your next project (whcih im sure is going to be as great as this).
1- there was no way to skip anything, so i had to watch the cutscenes, im sure you put alot of work into it, and you want people to view your work, however, i just saw pirates of the caribben 2, so i doubt your story would compare to that. point beign i dont care, and it became annoying how i had to sit there and watch the animations.
2- the games dragged on, and didnt feel hugly dynamic, good mini fun games, just not partically "epic". music and perhaps some more "loud" graphics would help with this.
as a mgs fan that was dissapointing.
i admire your attempt, but some things were wrong with it. you seemed to pay humage to big boss more then solid snake, the whole series is about solid snake.
raiden has white hair not blond. and why on earth was the grayfox bit mixxed with a big boss seen????????????????????????
vast potential.
this game is certainly one of the best rpg style games on new grounds.
however it certainly needs tuning up, the adventure section (walking around) isn't partically interesting. the fighting systems needs some adjusting, it just needs to be better over all.
what you have here is a glimsp at possible one of the most dynamic rpg games a flash based website has seen.
i will leave you with the words, "great start" as i hope you pursue this game further and perfect it, because right now, its not that great.

theres a huge difference between
to be inspired by
and
to totally rip off!
you clearly did the latter, perhaps you like pico's school, i dont know. but considering the design of the game, i certainly wouldnt be surprised if you decompiled the swf file of pico school, edited it slightly and handed it in as your own work.
if this is yours, and you programmed it all yourself, for god's sake be more creative!
I programmed and animated this all by myself. This IS a tribute to Pico's School, which should explain why it's not the most creative thing in the world. No, I didn't steal it. I don't even know how to steal or hack into anything.
great demo
keep it up, there are a few things annoying about it, the cntrols i dont like. i would preferr you use the mouse and arrow keys.
also the map isnt put toget perfectly, you see white marks occassionally.
the 3d works GREAT though. really nice.
its well dont, but not perfect, also its a freaking huge challenge.
good luck.
i read your description and was extremely excited
..... but it failed to please, it was really awful, it needs a lot more work.
but it could be great.
great game
a different one, i toyyed with a similar concept but got bored.
its well done, but i felt it wasnt very clear what exactly was going on. we call this game clarity, this didnt partically tell me rght away what i was doing.
great graphics, great sound, great concept.
fuckng amazing
this is by far the most visually impressive flash i have seen, it looks as good as a playstation game, which compared to the work on this website is a huge compilment, the structure of the game is not only damn fun, but interesting and extremely appealing.
the choice of music i loved, im so happy you didnt throw some crappy rock music in there like the rest of the submissions do.
well done, this may not be my ideal game(i love the detective games) but this is extremely well done, there is very little if any thing anyone could critize.
well done.
